iDocu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the app for your personal, non-commercial device exclusively adhering to the rules presented by the Apple App Store Terms.

All intellectual property rights encompassing the design, structural paradigms, proprietary algorithms, and branding of the app are owned by the creator of iDocu. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or modify the app or our trademarks in any way for commercial operations without prior permission.
The iDocu app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to engineer AI data extraction to be as accurate as fundamentally possible using iOS Foundation Models, we do not guarantee that the app will perfectly transcribe every document, digit, or expiration date appropriately. You must manually verify critical life/financial deadlines. Under no circumstances shall iDocu or its creator be held liable for missed obligations resulting from software predictions.
